Company Background
Praesepe
was founded in the Netherlands in 1996 initially working
in the field of scientific data analysis and reduction. In recent
years we have expanded into the field of detector development and
in February 2005 opened a branch in Madrid.
Our staff have
expertise in a number of fields, but in particular specialise
in the reduction of data from satellite mounted
instruments. We offer a wide range of
services to our customers from
designing scientific archive systems to the scientific operation of
space observatories.
This page contains a list of our current projects and also
an extensive series of
links to other astromical data resources on the internet;
particularly those related to
satellite mounted observatories, astronomical software,
and data analysis methods.
